No. Golden Gate Estates is part of the normal service area, including the numbered avenues off Everglades Boulevard. Tell us the cross street when you call so the right spring sizes come with the truck. Estates garages often have taller doors and heavier hardware than the ones in Golden Gate City.
The door opens a few inches and then stops. What is that?
Usually a broken torsion spring. The opener feels the full weight of the door, hits its force limit and reverses. Look for a visible gap in the spring coil above the door. Do not keep running the opener, since that strains the gears and can burn out the motor.
